Game viewing extravaganza! Whatever pundits say, the Masai Mara eco-system remains the single most exciting wildlife destination in the world. The reserve is home to the highest concentration of wild animals per sq. km. than any other park in the region. Simply said, the Mara is a one-stop shop for game viewing activities. We transverse the reserve on unlimited game viewing drives in search of the big five and more species of the lesser game. Our mid-day meals will either be picnics or at base.

Dinner and overnight will be at our camp.

Last day at the Masai Mara. We will start at dawn to catch the sunrise and the early hunters and grazers. We return to our base for breakfast. A mid-morning wrap-up drive will bring us back for an early lunch. We depart Masai Mara and proceed to Lake Nakuru. We will stop for views of Lake Naivasha and Elmenteita. Arrival at Lake Nakuru in the late afternoon. Time permitting; a short drive around the lake will be conducted.

Hundreds of thousand of flamingoes canopy the shallow edges of the lake while pelicans and hundreds of other bird species will be seen. The adjacent park hosts both the black and white rhinos together with warthogs, antelopes, baboons and many more animal species.

We shall depart for the Samburu game reserve on the most scenic and dramatic road journey of our safari. Through the Rift Valley, past the highland to the arid areas of Northern Kenya. Lunch will be at the Thomson Falls. Arrive Samburu in the late afternoon. Meals and overnight at the camp.

Day spent at the Samburu. We shall start the day on a pre-breakfast game viewing drive returning to our base for breakfast.
